How long is the warranty period?

Additionally, we offer a 10-year warranty against frame breakage for first-time users. Refurbished and aftermarket partsare also covered with a 10-year guarantee from the date of delivery.

I have a problem with my product, is the problem covered by the warranty?

If there is any problem with the product, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.

Is the warranty transferable?

No. You can only make claims against the company from which you purchased the product. If the product is sold to someone else, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.

I need a replacement part on my product, can I purchase replacement parts from you?

Claims regarding the product warranty can only be made by the original purchaser. The warranty does not transfer to subsequent owners if the product is sold.
